I'm all about it, although it'll be just a little more than 40 calories. Bump, with thanks.

These look very nice. Not sure about 40 calories though (1/4 cup of flour is 110 - and that's before you add the other ingredients!)

Yes, I am thinking the same thing.. I cannot find any flour less than 140 here.

Really interested in trying but skeptical about caloriecount

I made these yesterday, with a little cumin..they're a bit on the small side but really yummy. Will certainly be making them again. Thanks for posting! :)

I just made these just now and whilst smallish they were nice, warm and crispy. I don't have a skillet so cooked them in a non-stick pan without any oil.
Filled mine with hummus and dry roasted aubergine, courgettes that I had in the fridge. Filling low cal snack and the children liked it too (but with just the hummus).

I used Sainsburys Plain flour, 30g and the calories are about 108 for the 2 tortillas if baking powder is calorie free.

I used whole wheat flour today at lunch. They were small, ugly and 55 calories each but darn well worth it! It beats buying them in the store and wasting most of them because they dry out before I can use them all. GREAT cost and calories savings. Thx!

Bob's Red Mill has a low-carb baking mix that is 100cals per 1/4 cup. I will be trying this recipe with that.

Obviously they still won't be 40 cals but worth a shot.
