Oh I also found preparing fresh snacks to take with me out on errands helps keep my tummy happy...fruit, veggies, granola bars...yogurt...I LOVE wraps...chicken, steak, pork wraps....bacon and scrambled egg wraps with salsa and some cheese and veggies..omg making my mouth water:)

For me I find eating 6-8 small meals a day is key to keep going. Especially if you are doing cardio or strength training. I try to eat as organic and healthy as possible and all in moderation. Sometimes when I cant find what I am eating on the site I do a quick guess. Especially if I do not have time to search for a meal item. I personally go back after I log for the night and fill these in.

The sodium alone was enough to get me hooked on to this app. I added salt to stuff on top of it. It was nuts. NO wonder I was puffy all the time. Not good at all. I hope this app serves you well:)

I log everything. From what I eat, drink to what activity I do. What excercise I do to what household chore I do. I only eat my extra calories if I do heavy cardio as doing the dishes does not really work up my heartbeat very much. I eat as per the Canadian Food Guide and as organic as I can get. That has got me down 12…

Every winter and summer we have a few gentlemen in the neighbourhood that offer there help with yard work and snow shoveling. The one man comes every summer to pull my weed and plant my flowers. I just have to supply the dirt and flowers. He charges 35$ for two hours of labor

potatoe donuts, scalloped potatoes, potatoe soup and freeze it, hash browns? hard as potatoes are high in carbs and calories:) Best of luck with ya on the potatoes:S OR...have friends over and do a bunch of potatoe skins with bacon, cheese, chives and sour cream to off load some high calorie snacks:)

Try not to be nervous. Request a coach from the gym to go over each piece of equipment and tour the place to help you feel more comfortable. Perhaps go an hr before the gym closes?

What a great topic!!!! 1. Do a jumping jack! With out pain in my back 2. Only eat organic and fresh 3. Stop drinking pop..rootbeer is my devil! 4. Get a gym membership in the new year 5. Go to the gym at least 3x a week min for 60 min or more!

I would not take it personal at all. People get deleted for many reasons. I have some friends that have over 300 buddies..how on earth can you support that many people.
