You have a very nice diary. I wish I ate that healthy. I was just wondering how you are checking your body fat? 40% is a lot when you only have 18lbs to go. If that is your current picture, I find it hard to believe you have 40% I'm just curious.

I burn a good amount of calories also, going by my HRM. I spend a little over 2 hours in the gym and burn between 700 and 1200 depending on what I am doing. I normally take off between 100 & 200 calories, just to be on the safe side. I love my hrm! It keeps me in check.

I am always sore! I have found that working through the soreness helps me. Everyone's body is different, so you have to do what works for you. I have a good quality protein shake right after my workouts. If it hurts really bad, lower your weight a bit.

I can burn that in 70 to 80 min at the gym. I use a hrm and then I take 100 off it. I'm not "Big" But I do workout hard. That's the key. Also some of my workout dvd's will have me burn up to 1200 in an hour.

I have the Fitbit One and a HRM. I use them both. The fitbit keeps me in check with how much I am stepping, but my HRM gives me a accurate reading of my calories burnt during my workouts. You were pretty low on your calories. I made the same mistake. I am eating more now and loving the weight training. I have been doing it for 2 weeks now, I have not lost or gained a pound, but I am dropping inches. I'm giving up the scale for a while. Listen to your trainer and get more protein. ;)

I do her 5 mile walk/run. It is such a great workout. 2 of those miles include her workout band. It is 70 minutes and with hrm I burn between 850 & 1000 calories, depending how much I put into it. I have all of her dvd's and the 5 mile is my favorite. Love them!

I take Valium as needed. I also don't want to take a pill everyday. They put me on anti-depressants a couple times and all it did was depress me. I like what I have now, it helps when needed.

I agree with the Leslie Sansone workouts. I enjoy the 5 mile one with the band. It takes an hour to do, but I burn 912 calories in that hour. It is a good fast pace workout.
