Eat some more protein. The estimates they give are low anyway. :)

I also have a polar FT4 and I love it! I tried one without a chest strap and I felt that the readings were not very accurate. I would go with a chest strap. The strap for the one that I have is pretty comfortable.

I always try to go over on that. The estimate they give is very low. Protein helps you repair and build muscle-nothing wrong with that :) and it helps you stay fuller longer.

Be proud of how much you have lost! :) You don't need to give everyone the real number but 55 pounds just shows how dedicated you are! If I were you I would tell them! You are doing a great job!

I just started Monday and so far I have: core synergistics as 445 calories burned cardio X as 640 calories arms, shoulders and ab rripper X 570 calories burned I don't know if this is more than it should be. Yeah it sucks! I changed my calories over spring break to maintain. It worked very well. Now I am back at :)

A tv helps A LOT. I have a treadmill and a tv in my spare room :) Also I am not really a morning person but I plan on starting to workout in the mornings now so that its out of the way and I don't have to worry about not wanting to do it later.

I have always felt way to weak in the morning to do that. I need a little something in me... and a little coffee or else I will not be keeping up with that workout. I think its a personal choice. If you can do I say go for it. Probably would not hurt :)

YES! When I started I ate everything on my plate when I ate out. Now I eat half and I am stuffed. I started taking half home for the next day and I think its so funny I can get 2 meals out of one meal now. I ate 2 slices of pizza last night and I was a bit more stuffed than I would like... I used to eat 3 or 4... things…

Yeah... all that I have heard is that you will lose them.... :( I think you can however, build up the muscle underneath to make them appear perkier or bigger but mine have shrunk and I didnt have much to begin with! So sad...

I also took a HRM back because it told me I was burning the same amount of calories no matter what I did. I did not believe it one bit. So... I am 5'7 and 144 pounds. If I do zumba I usually put 400 calories burned into my excercise journal. I think it is probably a very low count considering I work my butt off for an hour…

Counting works for me. I just type it in and let the computer do the work. I have been at it for over 60 days and it has become a habit and not a hassle. If portion sizes works thats great! I don't think i am strong enough for that. lol

This has really helped me too! I am always tempted to eat a lot but when it comes down to it, yes its good but I could always have it later if I really want it :)
