Does running burn that awful belly fat?
I am on week three of couch to 5k and I was wondering... will running help me burn belly fat? Does anyone have experience with this? I know that you can not spot reduce but it seems that something has to give.... I have lost some already and the belly is looking better. Is there anything else I can do?

Abs diet?
Ok... so its time to make a change in my eating habits. These first three months of tracking calories has helped me make better choices in every way... but at this point its not enough. I have 12 more pounds to lose. Anyone follow the abs diet? It looks yummy and easy to follow. :)

Strength training and nutrition?
On Monday I plan to start lifting weights at the gym 3 times a week. I still have 15 more pounds to lose but everything I read suggests that I eat to maintain my weight while lifting so that I can actually build muscle and not lose it along with the fat. I don't really want to maintain this weight but should I just shut up…

What are some websites that I can find strength training info for women? I guess I am just looking for fitness and nutrition in general. I already visit womens health and self and fitness... any others that I just have not been lucky enough to find yet?
