I am on day 3 of my 5 day reset. Day one is the hardest-- clear liquids only-- but yesterday and today- better. I just ate my cream of chicken soup for lunch and i'm stuffed-- not feeling near the hunger today i did on day one. I even worked out yesterday even though i had very few calories in me. i found out that i was having expectations beyond what the fitbit was designed for. The FITBIT is not meant to use for workout tracking. I contacted fitbit and they were great! They sent me a FedEx pick up receipt and will give me a full refund. They were really great about it! Shannon

In that case i would HIGHLY recommend the fitbit! It is a very neat gadget- and even gives little words of encouragement on the display!

i bought a fitbit (new fitbit ultra)- just got it this past Saturday and i am NOT impressed- planning to send it back.
