  • I agree to rest and heat use heat pads or mineral ice (similar to icy hot but a million times better) for a day. Then if you're up for it do some exercise that works that particular muscle (as long as it's ONLY muscle pain). The activity will heat up the muscle and work out the knot! :) Feel better soon!
  • does Wawa count as fast food, or can it not count since I got a sub (something you could get at Subway)? Because if not, so far so good! :)
  • you can never go wrong with subway! And they have a breakfast menu as well! Also, Wawa has tons of healthy low calorie options that aren't high in sodium like other fast food options. Most fast food places are making their nutritional values of food easily accessible now, which is helpful :)
  • Yogurt is VERY healthy for you! Obviously read the nutrition labels AND ingredients! If something has lots of sugar in it is it processed sugar or natural sugar (AKA sugar that goes straight to your stomach or sugar that gives you energy that you can burn off?).
