Pain in my shoulder arm and neck

I think i just tweaked it via every day type movement.

should I go running still and just try to power through? Or rest? I've found a few things that say exercise will be good for me and a few things that say rest. I've been taking ibprofin and ice/heat treating it all day to no avail. HHHHEEEELP!!!

(pain is like a 5)

    rest!!!!!!! dont mess with neck injuries just go to the gym and bike do get some work in if possible

    Try using icy hot. Can you move everything okay without a lot of pain?

    Editing because Biofreeze is even better! Try stretching it before jumping into exercising it.

    I agree to rest and heat use heat pads or mineral ice (similar to icy hot but a million times better) for a day. Then if you're up for it do some exercise that works that particular muscle (as long as it's ONLY muscle pain). The activity will heat up the muscle and work out the knot! :)
