What type of cardio are you doing and how many calories are you consuming?

I usually add a new exercise... WebMD states that Kettlebell exercises can burn up to 20 calories a minute. http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/news/20100212/kettlebell-workouts-burn-calaories-fast I usually stay between 10-15 calories a minute when I log them...20 mins = 200 calories
