I like my back ... for some reason it has stayed pretty smooth and not too chubby no matter how much weight I put on.

I'm at 155 and I need to lose 30 more as I am 5' exact! I'm currently doing Nike + Walk to Run as well as other exercise vids, walking, elliptical, rowing... etc. I'm using NSV's to keep my motivated... I'm loving the fact that my clothes are getting looser :)

Actually, dad's are pretty good at hurtful comments hey? Another gem from my dad when I lost some weight in 2008... "Wow, you are starting to see cheekbones now, see how much prettier you'd be if you lost more weight?" Grrrr!

Track it in terms of how fast you are walking? There are several options in the database that you can use that way :) Type walking and go from there...

Luckily I don't have to buy the dress until closer to the date and she said all of us women in the bridal party can choose together and get something off the rack... lol! Yay... hopefully the other girls don't go for anything too expensive... I did however buy a dress already for the hens night! And I hope to be so thin…

Hi girls! I found the thread... I'm bridesmaid for a close friend's wedding on March 26 and I'd like to lose 10-15lbs by then. My challenge this week is to drink 8 glasses of water a day and to lose 2 lbs... Also to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night... :)

Hahaha... I think I'm the only person posting on this thread... but it's keeping me accountable so I'll continue to do so... Last night... 3.65km in 30 mins (I had one "long" run of 5 mins duration and several others which were between 1-2 mins duration).

I'd love to lose about 10-15 lbs by March 26... yes, I too am going to be a bridesmaid! The other girls in the party are all really tiny and I don't want to stand out as the FAT bridesmaid... lol! I'm in! Is this too soon?

I think it's really the sugar in processed food you should worry about and dried fruit also usually goes through a chemical process to preserve it. Natural is definitely the better way to go :)

2.92kms this evening in 25 minutes. 3 x 3 min runs, 1 x 2 min run and 1 x 1 min run for a total of 12 minutes! Yay!!! I'm doing a happy dance :)

I don't usually workout until after 8:30pm so sometimes when I'm hungry after I have a protein shake or I have a thick rice cake with a smear of cream cheese and smoked salmon on top... nice low cal snack... u can always substitute the smoked salmon with something like tuna or just leave the cream cheese... :)
