I started it yesterday, and my starting weight yesterday was 141.8. I'm pretty addicted to the scale, and when I weighed this morning, I was 140.6. I always workout extra when I've went over on calories. So, get some exercise in and you can eat a healthy dinner.

I've made it a point to exercise an hour a day on my Gazelle. It's not a heavy workout for me, so that's how I can go for an hour. I guess I do it because I know I can eat the calories that I burn, and if I don't have those extra calories then I'll be pretty hungry.
