dont weight yourself so much..... one big mean ( even healthy ) can add weight. Ie. 1 pound of caulitflower sitting in your stomach.. is 1 lb added to your weight until it processes. weight yourself once every week or 2 weeks. or you will go crazy. also 1600 isnt a drastic calorie cut...... dont expect to lost 5 lb a week.…

Are you intaking a lot of sodium??? you could be retaining water from it also.. "I've been active, moving furniture, playing baseball, coaching Little League and exercising. " Is this a new thing? are you losing fat and increase muscle??? start checking your measurements to see real results for now...

i do it several days after any weight training,,,,, bc i feel like i gain a little right after those workouts.. i also weight when i go to the bathroom.. lol.. i feel lighter.. i weight once a week

140 is a healthy weight, certainly not fat. id ud like to lose, aim for 130! its not impossible, its calories in calories out. good luck- dont listen to ur family.!!

and yes you are making excused. there is NO REASON to throw up because you ate too much. not work, family ,schedules.. its a problem you need to realize yourself and stop, or talk to someone over fast before it progresses and gets worse.

Thank you for the support guys. I really wish that I could just avoid the binging all together. I WISH my mess ups were only 800 or even 1000 calories. But I seriously ate a liter of diet pepsi, a bag of combos, a bag of choclate pretzels, a BIG bag of reeses peices, and a bag of honey roasted peanuts at the movies today…

unfortunetly many ppl think you burrn a lot more in zumba than you actually do. and the website claims you can burn up to like 1000 an hour. ridiculous. most list zumba on MFT as an aerobic exercise which is like 500 calories = it simply is not.. its more of a dancing. ( which under mfp is only like 250 an hour) i tested…
