I'm 5'9 and a half, my goal weight is 155, anywhere between 150 and 155, I feel I look my best. My body does not seem to want to go below that number.

I'm not very hungry in the morning, but I do make myself eat breakfast and a morning snack. I usually have 400 calories before lunch time. I am most hungry mid day and early afternoon.

We spend from $500 - $600, for a family of four. My boys are young 3 and 5. And I do A LOT of couponing! I probably save us around $150 - $200 a month. This is does not include eating out, I really wish we could cut back on that.

I'm in the exact same situation. I've been out of work for 9 months, about to go back next Monday. I am very worried! I am not a morning person, I hope I can find the time and energy to exercise in the evenings

What are your macros set at? carbs/fat/protein Most people will tell you to do 40/30/30 I think the MFP default gives you 50/25/25, which may be why you aren't allowed a lot of fat in your day.

I'm 5'9, currently 158, start weight 184. My goal is 155, give or take a few lbs. I am more concerned with getting my BF% down a little lower and build muscle/lose fat, sitting around 26% right now.

I love Lucky jeans, but can't really afford them, so it's usually Old Navy. I bought a couple pairs of the boot cut diva for about $20 a pop, after discounts. They have longs, but they are not super long, about 34 inch inseam, which is ok for me at 5'9.

I'm 5'9, currently eating 1750. I do the TDEE minus 15% method, but I plan to increase my cals to TDEE minus 10% shortly (about 1840 cals), as I am very close to my goal weight.

I prefer the gym. It forces me to burn more calories and work out longer than I actually want to (i.e well, I'm already here, might as well hop on that bike). I've never been a group fitness person and don't dig classes. Although, it has crossed my mind recently to try one.

This is incorrect. Your medication will be your sole source of thyroid hormone, but your levels will still fluctuate and should be checked every six months. You levels can fluctuate do to weight change, pregnancy, hormones. etc....I have had mine adjusted many times

I like the taste and it's low cal compared to a cup of milk. Easy way to cut some calories.
