Count everything. All calories count.

I wish I had this problem!

We have to keep trying. Eventually we will succeed.

This post made me sad. Your partner should love and support you. Love should never hurt. Someone who loves you will not hurt you physically or emotionally. Please consider this. If you have children you may want to consider leaving this guy. Ask yourself if you would want them to be married to someone so cruel. Set the…

Don't share your your health plans with them. A caring family member or friend will be right there to rooting for your success. I have come back with a slam every now and then to shut them up such as "I don't want to be fat & out of shape like you"

I did not say I don't have time for it, but my time is limited. Working full time & cooking most of my meals doesn't leave much else. I have successfully completed Power 90, Insanity, Slim in 6 and I will complete this program as well. I wish I could spare 2 hours a day to exercise. But that wouldn't be possible.

I can not eat then exercise. I end up wanting to throw up.

The food calories seem correct or damn close. I use Calorie King to determine calories and a kitchen scale to determine ounces and I found that MFP does a very good job hitting calories correctly. As for calories burned? I am not so sure since everyone is different. I use it as a gauge. I just know I need to get in an hour…

I completed Insanity and I liked month 1 better than month 2. It never got easier, but I did catch on. Month 2 for some reason didn't appeal to me like #1 did. Because of it, I never did another round. I do incorporate 1 or 2 of the DVD's into my work out since I do like the way they do push me to my limits.

Never. There isn't anything on that menu that fits into my diet.

So eating more calories when you are closer to you goal weight will help lose the last 10?

I try to eat low fat foods. My try to keep my food choices as close to wholesome as possible. The less processed the better. My diary is open so feel free to take a look.

You are a success story even if you don't think so. Thanks for posting and encouraging me to continue to reach for my goal!:flowerforyou:

I am a sugar addict too. I read a blog that explained it as they chose to consume sugar in food form & their father in alcohol. Made me think a bit more serious about sugar being as addictive as some drugs. For me I have to limit it to the point of elimination. The more I eat the more I want and hunger is not playing a…

You look great and I am so happy you posted this. I was beginning to wonder if it is possible to go down clothing sizes when the scale doesn't. I've been struggling with my weight but I feel like I am getting smaller. I can fit into a 6 even though I am close to 130 pounds. I am 5' 4" & I want to fit into my smaller jeans.…

I will have a cup of hot tea. It usually chases the munchies. I will also go outside for a walk. If it is too cold or dark I get on here and read the posts.

Rebounder.

Yes your bra size will get smaller.

Squats take time. To help me with my balance, I imagined I was getting ready to sit down in a chair. Once I mastered that they came easier.

I work too and it boils down to making it a habit. I work out at home using DVD's. I do it 6 days a week for 45 min-1 hour. At first it was a drag, but once it became a habit I do it regardless of what mood I am in.

I have to work out on an empty stomach or I will get sick.

I have reduced my cheese intake to avoid fat. I eat it maybe once or twice a week. Funny thing is the longer I am away from it the worst it seems to taste. I had cut it out completely for about 6 months than decided to have just a little and when I did it really tasted kind of gummy/chewy/oily/greasy. I still like good…

I am 49 and I've been on this site for a while. I like the way that you can track your progress, calculate calories and generally see how you are doing.

Sounds like a scam if you ask me.
