If you feel like your health and joints want a few less lbs. then try strength training. Squats and deadlifts can sculpt a nice thick booty.

30 min running intervals (treadmill) 25 min (about) strength training Upper Body 30 min @3.7 5% incline (treadmill) *Over did it on the treadmill a bit :)
