I can't answer for everyone but from what I've read many people do. I use to think it ridiculous to weigh food. Now I couldn't live without it. By far you can't get any more accurate the amount your eating. Sure there can be some inaccuracies in the data base but it is so easy to Google what you think is wrong to compare.…

I know what you mean, my solution is to remove the shrink wrap and then wrap a paper napkin around it. The napkin absorbs the extra moisture that causes it to deteriorate. You can then wrap it in plastic or bag it. I loosely wrap it in Saran wrap.

You want a even bigger reality check, buy a food scale the cups and measuring spoons are not accurate for measuring. When I got mine I had a lot of fun weighing everything.

I use t be a 44 DD now I'm a 36 B and I'm glad! I don't miss the straps digging into my shoulders and the back stress. But I'm older and having big ones doesn't mean a thing to me. :wink:
