I try to do this, because I feel like it would help with energy. Usually I fail at it haha. I just don't feel as hungry/am busy earlier in the day. I get rather sick when I workout if I have a big lunch too - we have lunch at noon and I work out right when I get home, around 5. If I had a bigger lunch I get sick. ;/

I love fat free cottage cheese. I love celery too, I put the laughing cow spreadable cheese on them. Almonds and popcorn are also delish. Also dieters delight bread is only 35 calories per slice. Raw cauliflower with veggie cream cheese is yum too!

Well my brother pokes me and says I'm too skinny now. But I'm at the very high end of a healthy bmi sp he's wrong haha. He's just a bigger guy and his girlfriend is working on losing too so I think he's a bit jealous. Otherwise the only person to notice is my boyfriend. And he sees me naked haha. I've lost about 20 pounds.

Anyone who legitimately thinks that any kind of food is bad in the sense that it is evil has some kind of eating disorder. ;| I have been living low carb because it helps me focus on dieting and counting calories. I don't think carbs are evil. That's ridiculous.

I'd say if you're feeling weak and tired go ahead and eat more. As others have said, it won't make any noticeable impact to have one different day. Take really good care of yourself, because that's a really long work day!

I don't like "carb cheating". I always feel like total crap-o-la. I don't mind overdoing calories somedays, but ugh a large amount of carbs really gets me. I wouldn't take a pill like that either way.

I have her 5 mile dvd. I've only done it twice, but I just got done burning 463 calories in 54 minutes of the video (I'm 5'5" and 147 pounds). I try a little harder than she suggests but it'd be too easy personally if I followed along exactly. I like it.

Nope, I got mine for the reduced price in-store. I do have a Gold Card though. They were offering free membership here, they might still be doing that.
