  • amazing job! my special plans include an emergency trip with my mom to visit her terminally ill sister :( leaving tomorrow morning and not sure what the internet connection will be like at the hospital or at my cousin's house, so i might disappear from here for a few days. keep moving and i'll do my best to do the same. :)

  • tap class - sounds fun! i'm still under the weather but managed 45 minutes on the treadmill (no running, but walking doing interval hills). i'm going to a festival this evening so i'll certainly get my 10,000 steps in today, and will make sure to complete my flex/ab challenges before bed.

  • ugh, i don't think i'll get my steps in today - i'm sick, both my kids are sick, and my husband is sick - so i've been doing my best to move, but have not been terribly active today. here's hoping for a better tomorrow!

  • slept through my FIERCE! class this morning, but made it to the gym and burned 420 calories on the elliptical. will do my challenges throughout the work day (i love working at home) and will get my steps in today - i fell short yesterday AND the day before... :(

  • happy friday! had a hard time breathing this morning so went less intense with the cardio, but still did it! have my 2 challenges and another 3700 steps ahead of me today, which i will CRUSH! ;)
  • i got up! i moved! burned 420 calories on the elliptical and am close to my step goal, which i'll surely meet by the end of the day. 60% through the challenge - yay us for hanging in there! :)
  • yeah, mine *sort of* works... i don't trust the data to be accurate, but it seems my activities and some of my foods have automagically started to display on garmin connect. i, too, opted for the garmin vivofit based on the belief that it would sync with mfp (which it didn't at all until pretty recently).
  • hi! glad everything is ok. :) i mixed it up today - bored with the elliptical after fewer than 20 minutes, so hit the treadmill for some jogging/walking interval stuff for 25 minutes. still have my 2 challenges ahead of me this evening... got some really bad news so i'm going to try to distract myself with some exercise. :/
