I agree with more yogurt, less OJ. I use yogurt, almond milk (or any kind I have), spinach, frozen fruit, and what I think you should add is **flaxseed/chia seed mixture** the brand is Beveri but I'm sure there are different brands just as good. Try chia seeds pure, they thicken up your smoothie when they gel up :-)

I prefer almond because of the low calorie count, second would be soy but in reality, its cheaper to get regular. I don't crave milk, nor do I drink it regularly so I don't see a problem here. If you drink a lot of milk than I could see where people can get concerned.

I wish I could be that way. Honestly, I try to save all of my calories for later in the day when I eat dinner with the boyfriend. But I usually wake up and need something in the morning. :heart:

TODAY I noticed that my stretch marks were not as prominent. =) My stretch marks were from puberty weight gain, not pregnancy & I've got 'em on my breasts, side of stomach, & thighs (inner & outter). They've faded a little bit from time but honestly, more recently with the weight lost, they are barely noticeable.

Haha I love reading these stories:-) For me, the worst part is spending $$ on bras =/ apparently I went from a 36DD to a 34G.. And yes that is G as in ginormous! And since normal stores don't carry this size, I end up wearing the wrong size bra because I can't afford to buy bras from the specialty store.

I've noticed that exercise helps with making you look better when you get to the point where you can see muscles. Other than that, you can still loose weight.

same! my mom eats it all the time.. bananas, apples, & off the spoon. I like it.. but VERY minimal. Every once in a while I will toast some bread & spread with peanut butter.:smile:
