Are you serious? Natural non procesed food. I was born at 6 months pregnancy, I was going to die, I weighed 1 lb. My mom feed me with natural vegetables soup and horse (yes, horse, it's the best meat) everyday. Now I'm strong and healthy

I also do. But I don't smoke too often maybe one or two cigarretes per weekend. I'm trying to quit to be healthier but in some way I don't feel like it affects me when I'm working out so I'm not very sure of what to do.

I'm 16 and doctors have checked me up saying my heart is okay, but today my HRM when I was doing hip hop abs hit 231. That's definitely not normal, I know, but the weirdest thing is that I feel very good, my heart doesn't feel like it is going out of my chest, I don't get light headed or feel the urge to stop. I'm on week 2 of month 2. I'm eating too few calories because I'm scared I'll gain weight if I eat carbs. That's the reason why I'm not getting any results when I finish this round I'll start round two but following the nutrition guide. I hope to get results!
