Just Finished it now. wow that was good but some of those plank bits was bloody hard ha i had one moment were i had a bit of a moan at her haha. But feel great now.

Ive Used this pill since i was 14 (24 now) due to really heavy periods and ive never missed a period on it.

/my school walk isnt walking around a school. its 60 min walk to take my children to school 3 times a day. Plus i Cant afford a HRM with 3 kids

Im Planning on Doing It at 5am each morning. As the rest of the day im really busy i Do 3 school walks a day that are 1hour a go. Just Hope i Can Stick to this.

I Give up with my scales. there always up and down. like i weigh myself Wednesday and im 188 then 2 days later im back to 190. Scales are horrible things.

yeah its normal mine only lasted 3 days though. But when i first tried i got to day 6 and gave up.
