  • Sounds like the opposite of my problem! I also drink 8-10 cups of liquid per day- mainly water. I recently couldn't pass a pre- employment drug screen because my sample was "too dilute". Guess I am too hydrated?
  • I have a small frame and I am 5'4.5" Before joining MFP I weighed 225- size 22 Joined MFP at 162- size 14 CW: 156- size 14 I don't have a goal weight to speak of... Just want to lower my BF% to below 25%. It was 43.3% when I was around 175 pounds and a few months ago I was down to 36.6%.

  • ^^yes! I eat at them just about everyday. Cut it up and put it on some cottage cheese with sliced almonds.

  • I do a pilates "crunch" dvd and a yoga meltdown dvd from Jillian Michaels. They are two of my favorite workouts.
  • I log everything except water. No matter how bad, which it often is as I tend to consume tons of sugar.

  • Good luck to everyone attempting 30DS. I have tried it twice now and not been able to finish either time. The dvd causes an extremely sharp pain in one of my knees. I have figured this out through process of elimination and will not be attempting the workouts again.
  • I have been doing it for a little over a week now and love it. I mostly do the second workout but I will do workout one on days I want to take it easy. Yesterday after I finished workout two I followed it withthe first two circuits of level three.
