  • I really like the Jessica Smith walking workout DVDs. They are resonably priced and don't require much space. She has workouts on you tube for free if you want to start with that. They are a half hour of a moderately challenging workout. Not as intense as say a T25.
  • Raw almonds, I count my portion for the day and have them in a bowl. When the hunger pangs come in between meals I find these work the best to relieve them. They are not salted so they don't make you crave more.

  • I don't know if this will help anyone but even though I have heard melatonin supplements have helped with sleep .I have had good luck with magnesium.I take a low dose before bed with calcium and it seems to help with my restlessness. It also keeps me regular LOL
