  • LOL! I have my own 4 1/2 year old daughter. We got guardianship of our granddaughter and later adopted her. So I have the age of being 57 going against me.

  • Same here, ladynila. Have tried eating smaller portions which helped, but then I got lax. Looking at this site and seeing what is REALLY in some foods has been a real eye opener. Best of luck to you.......and me!
