Which fruits and vegetables have the highest fiber content?

I must get ready by facing some of my demons such as ice cream with Smucker's hard shell topping and white wine or a margarita......... Put me in coach, I'm ready to play :D
I drink cappuccino every morning with fat free milk and sugar free vanilla, BUT the data base says a cup of espresso (without anything added) has 2 calories per cup.
Does anyone find Alli and a fiber supplement to be helpful?
