46 pounds and I've lost two pant sizes. A tight 28 to a loose 24... I can get 22's on just not buttoned. Its been like that for the lasgt 15 pounds. It's driving me nuts!

I use slim fast as a treat. I use it as a meal replacement when Im craving chocolate. It doesn't keep me full for long.

If you sync your fitbit with MPF it will add and subtract calories. Feel free to check out my food and exercise log for an idea. Keep in mind Im not home so mine hasn't synced for today or yesterday yet.

Sweety you CAN do it! If I could do all the exercises (except for running and pull-ups) at 370 that skinny people can do, then you CAN do it!! It's all in your mind. Yup thats recently... I started that when I raised my calories. I moved and don't have a fridge at home and I work 14 hours a day... I know excuses excuses. Btw... me too! I struggle with both jumping jacks and jump roping. It just feels terrible, not painful but like something painful is about to happen. I think its the combination of my weak knee and metal plates/screws in my ankle.

I have about 150 pounds left to go. I just keep trying to remind myself that staying the same or losing a very small amount of weight is so much better than going up! Even with losing just one pound a week, we'll be 52 pounds smaller next year at least.

I'm currently on the divorce diet too! I'm actually happy about my divorce though. Ours is finalized in Feb... it can't come quick enough. We were married for almost 11 years.

With a 43 pound weight loss I went from a 54 EEE to a 44DD. I had to go buy a new bra today my other ones were way way to big.
