If I measure around my navel area it's 35" :( my actual waist, smallest part is 30"....it used to be 25 a few years ago. I'd be happy with 28 right now.

I suppose you're right, I would like to get rid of the fat around my current muscle, but I would also get much stronger which I assumed was "gaining muscle"? but maybe that's wrong, pretty new to this stuff. I guess maybe that's just plain old getting stronger!

I prefer to eat my vegetables, but I generally can't eat raw vegetables, only cooked, so every now and then I will juice some as well.
