there are great healthy things you can eat and still loss weight don't look at daily losses but total losses and like people say the only think that gets you there is not giving up never ever if it doesn't work the first time try it in an other way

I lost 2.1 kg 4.6 lbs since February 14 from February first until now I lost a total of 4.1 kg 9 lbs

my old skirt didn't fit before now it does and my belt has 5 holes I used to but it on the third hole now I but it on the 5th hole and it is still big on my I can take it off the belt without opening it thank God

I run for 10 min on the treadmill each day then I do 20 min on the elliptical trainer after that I go swim for a half an hour
