There are a lot of great recipes on https://www.skinnytaste.com/. Once you go to the site choose "dairy free" under the recipe key.

You definitely could be right. I think I tend carry things in my left hand more than my right, but I could otherwise be swinging my right arm more than the left one and I don't realize that I'm doing it.

Hey fellow steppers. Have any of you ever noticed that your fitness band tracks more steps when you wear it on one arm vs the other? I normally always wear mine on my left wrist but the skin there felt a little irritated Sunday morning so I wore it on my right wrist. I've worn it there for 2 days now and it looks like I'm…

Happy October everyone! This is my favorite time of year. My goal for the October challenge is to lose at least 4 lbs, averaging about a pound per week. So far I have lost 51.5 lbs, since January, and have another 38.5 lbs to lose. My rate of loss has slowed recently, as I expected that it probably would, and I'm fine with…

This recipe is from a Weight Watchers cookbook that I bought about 30 years ago, modified somewhat. I've made this many times. You can substitute whole wheat pasta and/or cooked pork if you'd like. Chinese Noodle Soup 2.50 oz Baby Spinach 6 cups No Salt Added Chicken Broth 4 oz (56g) Barilla Protein Plus Angel Hair pasta,…

I made this for the first time yesterday and DH and I both enjoyed it. The recipe is from the Skinnytaste One and Done cookbook. I made some modifications to suit our taste. It makes 6 servings and when I weighed it the servings were 12.5 oz each. This recipe is for an electric pressure cooker. I think you could do it on…

If you like brussels sprouts this is a good recipe. Instead of boiling them as directed in the recipe I toss them with a teaspoon of olive oil and roast them in the oven at 375 until they're tender. Then I add the sauce to them. I always double the recipe.…

I've made these stuffed peppers a few times over the summer, using green bell peppers from my garden. I usually make them when I have cooked rice leftover that I want to use up. My peppers are always half the size of the ones you find in the grocery stores so I used 6. I wait until they are almost done to add the cheese.…

@MotylekOkruchy, the unstuffed cabbage sounds really good! I'm going to try it since I have half a head of cabbage leftover and have been thinking about how to use it up.

If you have a sweet tooth like I do you might be interested in these. I found them at BJ's Wholesale Club in the dairy section next to the yogurt. They taste very rich, similar to cheesecake.

I made this a few weeks ago and it was delicious. I added about 4 ounces of chopped cooked chicken breast and subbed chicken broth for the water, tomato sauce for the diced tomatoes, and left out the chipotle since my husband can't eat anything too spicy. It's actually a vegetarian recipe and I'm sure it would be great…

I reached my most recent mini goal on Friday, which was to hit the 50 lbs lost threshold. My new mini goal is to lose another 4.4 lbs in order to move from the obese category into the overweight category for my height.

GinLee61 Weigh in Day: Friday 9/16/22 PW: 180.7 CW: 180 Not to seem ungrateful for any amount of weight loss, but I was really hoping to be out of the 180's today. I kept stepping off and back onto the scale hoping it would drop by just 1/10th of a pound. Oh well, I'm still thrilled to hit the 50 lbs lost threshold. Have a…
