You might not have as big a problem as you think you do. Try drinking water for a whole week and see if you get the headaches and other withdrawal symptoms that coffee drinkers get. I think because of the smaller caffeine content in tea as well as other substances in tea like theanine, it won't affect you as much.

i use mine to cook a whole turkey breast. It comes out all soft, tender, and flavorful. I usually takes 3 hours on low, but I'm sure it could go longer. all the sodium causes water retention, so I agree with everyone that it is most likely water weight. It could be a few pounds fat, but it's in no way all fat.

Feel free to add me and that goes for anyone else who sees this! I recently had my 90th log in and am down a little bit but have some more work to do. I find that people are the greatest motivator, and I try to motivate my MFP friends as much as possible.
