Hi there! I am in the same boat! I have been on MFP before and lost 50 lbs in 6 months. I got comfortable and gained some of it back. Wanting to get back down to where I was and looking to tone. I am training for a half marathon in April. Feel free to add me! I'm looking for friends!! :)

You will do great!! I just ran in my first marathon this past weekend. It was great and I made we want to sign up to do more! Just run! With time you will be able to increase your speed and endurance! Good Luck!!!

Water, water, water!!!! Diet sodas and and crystal light all have aspartame or some kind of artificial no calorie sweetener that is not good for you. I have also read that these artificial sweeteners also slow down your metabolism. So if you can drink water !!!
