Diet Drinks to Crystal Light/Water

Is this a beneficial move or are the Crystal Light packets in bottles of water also bad? I have reached a bit of a plateau and I know that my 50 ounces of diet soda a day are a problem. Should I just bite the bullet and go 100% pure water? Thanks!

Water, water, water!!!! Diet sodas and and crystal light all have aspartame or some kind of artificial no calorie sweetener that is not good for you. I have also read that these artificial sweeteners also slow down your metabolism. So if you can drink water !!!0

Not gallons of ice tea or anything, just the small packets you add to water.0
