I need to close out July so here goes. Total 28 miles walking for July. Now for August please put me in for 25 miles. It's time to address my left knee. So my first Pre-OP appt is scheduled in 2 weeks. Looks like surgery will be around middle of September. Then I will be bionic in both legs!

I totally screwed up. Could you please put in 27 miles walking for my June efforts? Then I will go for 25 miles for July. I am a 2nd Vice Commander for our American Legion Post and have became totally swamped with community and volunteer work. Thanks for all you admins do for us.

I made 28 miles walking for May. I have my bike on a turbo trainer. Due to IT band issues in my right leg I have had to slowly reintroduce cycling into my exercise regimen.

Please put me down for 25 miles again. On April 22 I had my 1 year check on my right knee replacement. Things are excellent so we have started the process for my left knee total replacement. This is scheduled for September so I can recover over the winter. New xrays of my right knee joint

Well after a ton of therapy and walking I managed 20 miles walking for August. Still having IT band and nerve problems but neuromuscular stimulation is helping lots.

I managed to get another 3 miles in. Yipee! So I finished up with 8 miles. Final total 8 miles for July

I got 2 more miles. Getting better every day. I am now walking at 7am as I am fresher and it's not so freaking hot :) 5 out of 7 miles

Dave, Dr Moore at Providence is a terrific Ortho Surgeon, it's cool to be able to tell which surgeon did the surgery based on the incision. My friend had the other guy and the scar is pretty ugly.

Hello all. Please put me in for 5 miles. I am dealing with some muscle damage that was way before the surgery and now we had to slow things down a bit for PT. I finally got cleared to drive May 29, had not driven since April 21. Have not been cleared for cycling yet. Am taking short walks though. Thanks Dave for reminding…
