Try this recipe: 3 cups dry oats (not instant! The real stuff) 2 bananas 1/3 cup all-natural nut butter of your choice (I use peanut butter) Dash of salt Cinnamon to taste Dry cocoa powder if you want 2 tb honey Mash banana, add peanut butter and honey, mix well, add in oats and seasonings, spread thinly in a glass baking…

Quinoa! And try plain 0% Greek yogurt for less calories than the sweet stuff and add it in lots of stuff ( like Brown rice and tex-next black beans). My boss is Indian vegetarian and is an avid cyclist AND runner and gets probably 85-100grams of protein a day, so I'm sure it's possible. Good luck to you!

I've been losing weight for 20 months now and been COMMITTED to losing weight and trying to eat as clean as I can afford for about a year, and every single day is a battle. Everything I do or don't put in my mouth is a battle.

Poor thing, it's so hard to find a good obgyn. Mine is amazing, if you're in tx I can give you some names, lol. Wow that was not only ignorant of him, but very insensitive. :(

I'm so glad someone asked!!!! I still bf my young toddler 3x/day or so and I know that can't be as many calories burned as bf'ing a newborn, but my calories are really low-ish (I'm trying to stay around 1300) and Idk if that's enough. It's not hurting supply any, so I guess I'm ok...? Me=confused

Parents ordered pizza hut.... My absolute fave. I ate 1 piece with no meat on it. Major victory for me!! Also, I'm wearing a shirt that 2 months ago I could barely button. It's about 5" too big now. Looks like a maternity shirt. Me:2 fat:0

I'm not done, but lean cuisines and lots of fruit are convenient for me. and Chobani. I dislike meat, so it helps get the protein in. I have an insane schedule. Just drink a looooooooot of water to combat the sodium. Oh, and become friends with a crock pot. Cheap and low effort! Hope that helps some.

Huge difference. Wtg!!!! :)

Out of the mouth of babes :) It's been years since I felt like I even had the possibility of becoming attractive, but today my 18-month-old saw Rachael Leigh Cook (she's all that) and over and over again said "mama? Mama?" Best compliment I've ever gotten! :)

I'm excited!! I'm in. I'll take as much support as I can get! :)

2 eggs with Bell peppers, tomatoes, onion and 1 tb cheese is my fave. Or Chobani and a piece of fruit. Or whole wheat toast and all-natural pb and some milk. Leftover "refried" (aka squished) beans in a whole wheat tortilla is very yummy for breakfast, too. Oh, and Turkey bacon is awesome if you eat meat.

(With all seriousness) She needs help. He needs to grow up and see that she needs help. Imho. If he can't see she's in desperate need of help, maybe he doesn't understand what love really is. Babies are beautiful, but it's not fair to them to be born to someone with such strong emotional issues...

Uh-mazing. Wow.

Wow, thanks for all the support! I think i'll have my hubby hide it :) I've been working out a whole lot more than I used to, so maybe muscle mass vs fat accounts for my clothes being looser and the scale not moving a bit?o.0 Gonna Google how to figure my bf% now ;)
