Good for you! I have the same problem. I struggle with not wanting to waste food, even when it means ignoring what my body is telling me. It's the exact same thing I'm working on right now! Good luck to you.

I've heard that sometimes those machines affect the accuracy of the monitor. I don't really know how though. I'd go with the one that tells you more calories were burned. ;)
