I always used dumbells you would need to get a couple ranging in weight but definitely higher than 6 pounds. If you don't want to spend a lot of money you could just use bands, they always have one person on the dvd using just bands. You don't need to hook the bands to the door/wall just yourself :-) Youtube is your friend!

Hey in kind of the same situation don't trust the door frame won't rip down in our rented house. I'm thinking of doing p90x again in new year so looked up youtube for alternatives. 7 & 8 done!!!! Only one more Cardio 2 then it's off to Phase 3 with me can't wait! I'm looking forward to 9 & 10 now thanks guys I normally prefer the second dvd so can't wait to do 10 now! It's exciting everyone is coming close to the end now can't wait to see everyones final results.

No experience but I do remember hearing that womans symptoms are totally different to mens. Women don't necessarily feel a pain in their chest like men their symptoms can be fatigue, back pain, etc... I would talk to your doctor if you were concerned x

Everything doesn't have to be difficult, everything is easy when it's the right one trust me x I find it hard to overcome my stress eating but the one thing that does take my mind of it is cleaning and organising. Doesn't sound like fun but it takes my mind off the stress and focuses me. Good luck x
