  • No worries just re read your original post. 3lbs is way too low! In the dvd they use 3, 5 & 8 lbs. You need different weights for different exercises e.g. biceps you can go big triceps you will need to go smaller. I use 7lbs and 11lbs as it's all I have but don't be afraid to go bigger!

  • It sounds like the low carb flu. If you look at any paleo website I think most people experience this the first week or two and then the cloud disappears. If you want to keep eating this way research it a lot.
  • Yes I read all labels because my daughter is allergic to dairy. However I mostly buy the same stuff each week so don't really have to do it so much now.
  • Just Cardio 3 today and I thought it might be a bit easier as I have been doing a little for thw last few days but no it still killed me. Every time I do it I think god look at all them fit people on the dvd out of breath and sweating this is never going to get better....but I still keep doing it :-D
