Current weight 143.8 so another 0.6 pound loss. Not sure why but I seem to be going down consistently 0.6 a week but hey I'll take it! Hope everyone else's weigh in goes well!

Wear a bra under your sports bra. I am a size E and when I started exercising years ago I used to wear 2 bras under because no sports bra was strong enough, kept it all in place!

Rest day yesterday indulged in some nice food and a little bit of wine (first drink in over a month!) Back to workout 5 today and it was so hard can definitely feel the difference from when I eat good and abstain. However I am going to enjoy this week and suffer through the workouts!

Unfortunately I feel your pain. My skin is so thin that I even have stretch marks on my feet from when I was younger and my feet were growing. I hadn't a hope of having a smooth stomach after two kids :sad: Luckily I have an amazing hubbie who loves me stretch marks and all :heart:

Thanks for the tip on the coconut milk. Have only ever tasted my husbands shakes which he makes with water and are yuck. Coconut milk would definitely make them more tasty. I'm trying a macro cycle as follows: Weights days - Protein 40/Fat 40/Carb 20 (4 days a week) Cardio Days - Protein 30/Fat 20/Carb 50 (2 days a week) Off Day - Protein 30/Fat 30/ Carb 40 (1 day a week) I'm eating my TDEE less 500 calories (1450). I'm an E and even when I lose weight it's not a huge amount from my bust. However the stronger you get the easier it is to carry them. So even though I am an E they cause me no hassle at all and I wouldn't consider a reduction. Maybe try some weight exercises for chest and back?

I'm from Ireland and when I was younger you got fruit and nuts that was it. You might get one person that gave chocolate and you would be amazed. But we loved it honestly piling up all our fruit at the end can't remember if we ate it all cos I can't imagine eating tons of fruit would be good for you!
