Hi - as a dietitian, I leave out the carbs and track calcium instead because many females do not have sufficient intake. As a dietitian, it's better to exercise 1 hour four times a week. Two hour sessions are not the best for most people. One gets exhausted, do not perform as well, and do not maximize their benefits from exercise. It's better to really work hard for a shorter period of time 5 to 6 days a week.
