I have that problem as well, but usually my cals are under between 30-100...usually I just ignore it. If your cals are under by 400 or 500 then better food planning needs to happen. Add in more fruit as filler foods...It's also easier to plan ahead in the morning and type in what you'd like to eat for the whole day then…
