  • did you factor in your exercise??? if you want to lose weight, minus 500 calories from your bmr. so 1800- 500 is 1300 for optimal weight loss
  • if you are eating less calories than your body is burning you will lose weight. Don't stress over macros, but on how much you are burning. weight loss is about burning more than you consume. Workout your BMR subtract 500 calories from it by exercise or either eating less 500 calories less., that is your BMR to lose weight..
  • hi, you could try and eat higher calories foods such as avocado.. a day here and there of lower than 1200 calories is OK, but don't make it consecutive days, thats when your body freaks out!
