I've just started drinking green tea as it was recommended by my gym instructor, apparently it helps speed up metabolism. Fingers crossed... I'm starting to like it too. I'm having the Twinings one with apple and pear.

Hi I've just joined the group yesterday, currently 215lbs and 5'4" and trying to get to roughly 165lbs. I would love to make some friends on here to help me keep motivated. Just started at a gym too ... eeek! :)
