I've used light sour cream and fat free sour cream it tasted great. I prefer the light though.

looks like we have close to the same weight loss goal! I also have lost about 1/2 size in my shoes. I need to re measure but I even measure the width of my feet to see how much I lose. I'll have to check it out again. Ta ta for now!

I weigh every day also multiple times a day in fact. But it helps keep me on track and when I see I've dropped some it keeps me motivated! Keep up the good work and you'll see progress!

Hi Amber, I'm Dianna I just started myfitnesspal 4 days ago. I would like to become buddies if you would like to encourage each other. I want to lose about 100- 115 lbs.
