I don't think diet pills are a permanent solution, once you quit taking them the weight usually comes back on. I know from experience! I would limit my sweets to few and far between but follow a plant based diet. With the added fiber you will experience fullness and eventually you won't have "cravings".

Since I am new to running currently on week 5 of C25K, I want to know if it's OK to run everyday? I've read both ways that you should run every other day and some people run every day! I can feel the muscles being worked in my legs, abs and glutes!

I'm completing week 5 day 3 of C25K today (2nd time around only got to week 5)!! I'm loving it and I can tell I'm not SO out of breath like I was and each time it seems to go by faster as far as the minutes. I drink now usually once on the weekends, I stay away from beer because I feel bloated, I usually like to have a margarita or vodka w/ water. I don't want to extra calories and I don't drink sodas. However I am experimenting and trying to lessen my weekend consumption to few and far between hoping it helps my weight loss!

Thank you! Yes I've already started C25k and had completed 5 weeks then quit for about a month so now I'm back at the 5 week mark! I love it and hope to increase my endurance and be able to run a 5K next year!
-
thank you so much...yes I have totally revamped my eating and it's a "lifestyle" change. I do not usually eat my calories burned back as I want to have the deficit only to know at times it "may" be needed if I feel low of energy. I know I run slow compared to most. I usually run at 3.8mph I have topped at 4.0mph but seem…

Hi, I'm Dianna...been leaning the Nutritarian way for a year now and I'm back on plan. Always looking for "Nutritarian" MFP…

I agree w/ scarabonback902 - It's a mindset change, you have to have a change in thought pattern. Don't think about what you have to "give-up" think about how good you will feel and look. This IS a LIFESTYLE change. Don't think that once you lose the weight that it's "ok" to revert back to the "OLD" ways. Because if you do…
