I usually get a large salad w/ grilled veggies and a cup of charro beans. Or I get a tostada w/out the cheese and add pico! Baked potato or sweet potato with very little butter and a salad. I mostly go out to Mexican Restaurants. Also, I look at the website before I go if I know in advance!

Thanks! I do use my Polar FT7 HRM and love it! Just looking to see what's out there if I need to change. I also use my phone to track steps and use the app C25K!

I've had that feeling too after exercising sometimes even during exercise. I had to end up getting off my blood pressure meds as my blood pressure was getting too low over the course of losing weight and changing my diet. Also another reason could be dehydration, make sure to drink plenty of water during the day! Hope this…

I don't eat foods I hate or don't like...there are plenty of other choices of foods that are healthy and taste good! Choose those! Even though through time of changing your food lifestyle your taste buds change and you end up "liking" a lot of foods you once "hated".

You can do this...you can look under the "community" and "search" for over 100 lbs to lose and you will find others like you on this journey and that have also succeeded over 100lbs loss. I have a few MFP friends that have lost over 100lbs and they are maintaining the loss! I have lost 61lbs and want to lose at least 40lbs…

That is so amazing you are an inspiration to others!! I just started C25K and now in my 5th week and I love it! 2 years ago I could barely last 30 sec jogging! I think this is my new love!

Genetics for cancer is a small role it's mostly on what we eat. I had breast cancer and I was way overweight for many years eating the Western Diet (SAD DIET) standard American diet. I have turned my diet around to mostly a whole foods plant based diet 95% vegan and YES I get plenty of protein!
