Plant based diet want more of the same friends
I've made the switch over to plant based diet and would like more plant based diet friends. I've been back on MFP for about 1 1/2 years now. I'm a cancer survivor and have made a lot of changes in my diet and exercise.

Plantar Fasciitis
I think I have plantar fasciitis my left heel hurts first thing in the morning and if I've been sitting for a while. I used to have this pain 3-4 years ago and now it's returned! What do I need to do now???
I have stayed the same weight up and down 5lbs for 1 month now....I work out almost everyday and try to maintain my calories between 1200 and 1400. I have increased my water almost everyday drinking 60-100 oz. Please help what do I do to drop more weight?
