What do I need to do now???

I have stayed the same weight up and down 5lbs for 1 month now....I work out almost everyday and try to maintain my calories between 1200 and 1400. I have increased my water almost everyday drinking 60-100 oz. Please help what do I do to drop more weight?

Eat more protein, less carbs. That usually jump starts a plateau. Good luck!0

I would change up my workout routine. Sometimes your body can get used to the same movements. I would try doing diffrent exercise's. Maybe a little more calisthenics: pull ups, dips, push ups, squats, lunges. Also do your cardio before and after your weight training. Good luck!0

Thank you I usually do 5 min warm up and then do my weights upper body and alternate days with lower body, then 30-45 min of cardio. I usually do machine weight, but I think I may start using free weights.0

take a break..a few weeks off. let your body un adapt. then get back to it.
or you can try weights. do little cardio and lift more.0 -
