Get a muffin tin, spray lightly with PAM, put 4 or 5 baby spinach leafs, a tablespoon of minced Roma tomatoes and pour egg whites over them, lightly salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 15 minutes/ Then just pop out and wrap and freeze them and eat as desired around 46 calories each one is a great snack!

I use silicone muffin cups for baking. Removes the need for any kind of cooking spray. The whole 0 calories for a 0.33 second spray serving always made me leery of them. It's likely negligible amounts, but knowing that just a few grams of oil is over 100 kcals makes me stay away from them.1
