Agree...I use a Polar FT7 and it calculates based on my weight, height, age, and heart rate/ level of activity.

I hear ya...I've been back a while and have lost 20lbs...but it's the "SAME" 20lbs I lost 2 years ago! I am am currently 199...my goal is 150 then I will re evaluate to see if I can get to 130lbs. Please ANYONE PLEASE ADD ME!

You might try using a heart rate monitor that's what I use to calculate my calories burned. It calculates by your weight and heart rate. I have a Polar FT7 I got it on Amazon for $75

Yes please explain mine shows then my target calories would be 1900. If you need to please PM me. I am also anemic and even though I workout I'm tired all of the time. (also cancer survivor)

Awesome..thank you so much I appreciate all the responses. I am trying to increase my protein with food instead of powder. I do like seafood and actually had some salmon last night! I got all my protein in and then some a few days ago. I had tuna as a snack too!
