Strawberry shortcake- just angel food cake rounds(they are pre-portioned if you buy the rounds and not the loaf), strawberries (sliced ahead of time so they can sorta make their own sauce as they sit) ,and whipped cream

I don't feel that I am unusually irritable but if I am it's because I take care of 30 elderly patients with very little help who have families that never come visit them and I get bled on, pooped on, and assaulted on a nightly basis. Meanwhile I get pulled in a million directions, trying to pass a million pills, while I am…

I have been overweight since I was 12-14 so all of my memories of a "fit" me were when I was a kid. I know how you feel, it's hard not really having any idea what your body will look like at a healthy weight. Sometimes I am scared that when I do lose the weight I still wont be happy with how I look(loose skin, small boobs,…

If you use the stretchy kind that goes around the back of your hair you can use two or so tiny clips clipped onto the headband to hold it in place and they aren't really noticeable.

Are you in any pain/ how are you feeling? I have your medicine. Do you need help going to the bathroom? Okay, time to roll onto your side/stand up/sit down/walk/ect. This might hurt a bit.

As a nurse I would have to respectfully disagree with that. Saturated fat contributes to heart disease and raises cholesterol. Coconut oil is actually not recommended as part of a healthy diet by the American Heart Association for this reason. That is why I asked the above.
